FAQs
The single’s plan is $44.99. The couple's plan is 64.99. The family plan is $79.99. The senior’s plan that is $29.99. All plans include a one-year contract and are exclusive of tax.
The single’s plan has a month-to-month, no contract version that is $59.99.
If you are on a plan with a one year contract, if you cancel before one year, there is a $300 fee. If you cancel after one year, there is no fee if you prove a 30 days notice, otherwise there is a fee of one month’s dues.
If you are not on a plan with a contract, there is no fee if you prove a 30 days notice, otherwise there is a fee of one month’s dues.
The gym can be accessed 24 hours a day.
The following are the staffed hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Friday: 10 AM to 4 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 10 AM to 2 PM
Your membership will cover most of our amenities, including the recovery space, saunas, and our second location on University Parkway. Other amenities are add-ons.
The Compound is a 3,000 square foot facility adjacent to our main location.
This facility has additional equipment, including those for sports like CrossFit, running, rowing, and cycling. It also has specialized equipment for Olympic-style heavy lifting.
We're equipped by Arsenal Strength, Matrix, Panatta, Rogers Performance, and Total Gym. We also have pilates machines, stairmasters, FitBenches, two turf areas, as well as the standard cardio and weight training equipment.
We offer the following types of group fitness classes: Prep 3X, which is a 50-minute strength, endurance, and functionality class that incorporates both strength and cardio training. Maximum 30 people per class. A pilates class with 3-4 people. Small group training of up to 4 people.
The class schedule is being finalized, but there will be 1 Prep 3X class and 1 pilates class per day. Classes will fall into one of the below slots: mornings between 5-8 AM, mid-day between 11 AM - 1 PM, and 5-8 PM in the evening.
